Locatarul cel care inchiriaza masina are urm?toarele drepturi ?i obliga?ii:
1 S? citeasc? cu aten?ie prezentul contract ?i s? confirme acceptarea tuturor clauzelor prin semnarea contractului de nchiriere.
2 Persoana care conduce autoturismul ncredintat Locatarului s? aib? vrsta de 21 de ani la ncheierea contractului.
3 Persoana care conduce autoturismul ncredintat Locatarului s? posede permis de conducere de cel pu?in 1 an.
4 S? foloseasc? autoturismul nchiriat dar numai n scopul ?i condi?iile prev?zute n prezentul contract respectiv pentru deplasarea persoanelor pe drumurile publice cu respectarea legisla?iei n vigoare ?i a specifica?iilor tehnice ale autoturismului f?r? al folosi la orice fel de curse demonstra?ii teste etc.
5 S? nu dep??easc? aria stabilit? expres de p?r?i dect cu acordul expres al locatorului. n cazul n care nu a fost stabilit? n mod expres o arie de deplasare pe perioada nchirierii Locatarului nu va dep??i grani?ele Romniei f?r? acordul Locatorului.
6 S? achite tariful convenit la termenele stabilite.
7 S? nu ncredin?eze sub orice form? altei persoane autoturismul ce face obiectul prezentului contract. n afara conduc?torului autorizat de locator ?i specificat n Anexa nr 1 la contract
8 S? aib? diligen?a unui bun proprietar n legatur? cu exploatarea autoturismului ncredin?at s? respecte ntocmai prevederile manualului de utilizare ?i legisla?ia n domeniu n vigoare.
9 S? alimenteze autoturismul numai cu combustibilul indicat n prezentul contract n Anexa nr 2.
10 S? nu tracteze alte vehicule sau autovehicole.
11 S? restituie la ncetarea contractului autoturismul n starea n care la primit mpreuna cu documentele care iau fost predate de locator cu exceptia facturilor n caz contrar el fiind obligat la plat? de desp?gubiri c?tre locator. Autoturismul nchiriat este returnat de c?tre locatar sp?lat ?i cur??at interior ?i cu rezervorul plin.
Pentru situatia n care din motive obiective locatarul nu poate preda autovehiculul sp?lat ?i cur??at interior acesta va achita suma de 10 zece euro. n acest caz locatorul ?i rezerv? dreptul de a restitui contravaloarea garan?iei numai dup? ce autoturismul a fost sp?lat pentru a se evita preluarea acestuia cu defecte care nu pot fi observate dect dac? autoturismul este sp?lat.
12 Returnarea autovehiculului de c?tre locatar locatorului se va face la data ora ?i locul stabilit de c?tre p?r?i de comun acord n Anexa nr 1 la contract.
13 S? anun?e imediat Locatorul la telefonul ?i faxul indicat n anexa nr 1 la contract n leg?tur? cu orice defec?iune ?i s? nu efectueze nici un fel repara?ii sau inteven?ii la autoturism din proprie ini?iativ?.
14 S? nu foloseasc? autoturismul nchiriat pentru transportul de persoane necunoscute m?rfuri sau animale.
15 S? suporte toate daunele provocate autoturismului n timpul n care acesta se afl? la locatar ?i care nu sunt acoperite de asigurare.
16 S? respecte cu stricte?e legista?ia Romniei privind regulile de conducere precum ?i instruc?iunile cuprinse n manualul de exploatare a autovehiculului.
17 S? p?streze n condi?ii de maxim? siguran?? certificatul de nmatriculare/autoriza?ia de circula?ie provizorie cheile ?i/sau telecomenzile autovehiculului n caz contrar suportnd consecin?ele ce decurg din pierderea sau furtul acestora.
18 S? informeze Locatarului imediat n termen de maxim 2 ore n scris ?i verbal n cazul pierderii sau furtului certificatului de nmatriculare/autoriza?iei de circula?ie provizorie a cheilor ?i /sau telecomenzilor autovehiculului;
19 S? comunice urgent n scris ?i verbal Locatarului furtul autovehiculului sau al unor p?r?i componente sau piese ale acestuia precum ?i orice pagub? produs? prin avarierea sau distrugerea autovehiculului;
20 S? nu aduc? modific?ri ?i ad?ugiri de nici o natur? att p?r?ii mecanice ct ?i celei estetice;
21 Este interzis? conducerea autovehiculului n cazul n care utilizatorul a consumat b?uturi alcoolice droguri sau medicamente substan?e interzise conduc?torilor auto.
22 S? nu conduc? autovehiculul dac? permisul de conducere ia fost suspendat anulat sau re?inut n vederea anul?rii sau suspend?rii;
23 S? comunice imediat Locatarului att verbal ct ?i n scris orice defec?iune tehnic? a autovehiculului ?i s? execute ntocmai indica?iile speciale primite reprezentantul Locatorului.
24 S? nu patrund? cu autovehiculul n locuri inundate;
25 S? nu circule cu autovehiculul n afara drumurilor deschise circula?iei publice;
26 S? ia m?surile de asigurare scoatere cheie din contact nchidere geamuri portiere portbagaj activarea sistemului de alarm? etc. pe perioada n care autovehiculul este sta?ionat sau garat;
27 S? nu p?r?seasc? autovehiculul n zone nepopulate sau n caz de blocaj al circula?iei cu excep?ia situa?iei n care acest lucru a fost cerut n mod expres de organele n drept atunci cnd este pus? n pericol via?a sau integritatea persoanelor.
28 S? restituie imediat autoturismul dup? expirarea termenului contractat. n cazul dep??irii termenului contractat cu mai mult de 2 ore locatorul este ndrept??it s? considere ca este posibil? s?vr?irea infrac?iunii de furt sau abuz de ncredere dup caz ?i s? anun?e acest eveniment la Poli?ie.
29 S? informeze Locatarului imediat n termen de maxim 2 ore n scris ?i verbal n cazul pierderii sau furtului certificatului de nmatriculare/autoriza?iei de circula?ie provizorie a cheilor ?i/sau telecomenzilor autovehiculului;
30 S? comunice urgent n scris ?i verbal Locatarului furtul autovehiculului sau al unor p?r?i componente sau piese ale acestuia precum ?i orice pagub? produs? prin avarierea sau distrugerea autovehiculului;
31 S? nu aduc? modific?ri ?i ad?ugiri de nici o natur? p?r?ii mecanice electrice sau estetice;
